Very lovely evening. We were told not top bother but am so glad we did. Excellent and very nice evening.

Fun in a way but very touristy and the "show" is pretty awful. The most exciting bits were when wild dogs strayed into the area and the octogenerian sitting beside us started snoring!

We did Petra by Night before we actually visited Petra by day. It was a nice introduction to Petra and did not take away from the initial "Aw" of seeing the Treasury for the first time. a nice walk along a candle lit path but doesn't have nearly as much "wow" as in daylight - not much value for the 12JOD price

Truley amazing and wonderful - alot easier top manage than in the hot sun - and less tourists.

This presentation needs a lot of work, there is no sound system and it is difficult to hear the songs they are singing and the stories they are telling. We paid about 28 JOD to hike at night with a bunch of other tourists. Would give this one a miss :(

Many people say Petra at night is just a tourist trap, but I enjoyed both my visits to the site. Yes, it is tourist oriented, but we are tourists, right? So I opt for enjoying what the place has to offer.
