After having passed by this place a dozen times on the freeway going/coming back from Vegas and seeing the billboards, I finally got around to checking out Alien Fresh Jerky. The store is split into two. One section of the store was filled with jerky, hot sauces, and snacks (nuts and candies). You get wall to wall of a variety... More

Good but pricey jerky inside here along with t-shirts and souvenirs. All sorts of different kinds and size packets. Beef, pork, buffalo and wildebeast as far as I know (Kidding about the wildebeast.) They had some free sample to try up front as well. Be sure to check out the patrolmen out front as well.

We were doing a road trip around Death Valley, the Mojave Desert and Route 66 and ended up spending 2 nights at the Wills Fargo Motel in Baker, in the same block as Alien Fresh Jerky. The Jerky emporium is a hoot -- the owner has collected and built all sorts of "space alien" like structures around the property. The... More

This is the highlight of the town of Baker !! It was worth the stop, the store had lots to look at lots to buy and just a great place to take all of the weirdness in! Bring your camera there are lots of good picture opportunities inside the store and if you like tee shirts they have some really... More

The ONLY other store you can buy authentic Alien Fresh Jerky besides Baker, CA, is the 7-Eleven at 849 Nevada Way in Boulder City, NV 89005 - on the way to Hoover Dam!

Face it, there isn't much to do in Baker, how long can you possibly stare at a tall thermometer? Chances are if you are in Baker you are either on your way to or on your way back from Las Vegas. Alien Fresh Jerky has been around for as long as I can remember. I remember stopping there years back... More

We now have a family tradition of stopping here on the road to AND from Vegas, to buy the really outstanding jerky (which is actually much better fresh from the packet than the little tins of samples, which tend to be dried out bit.) There are about ten plus varieties, and the eccentric packaging alone makes them great gifts...and what... More

We stopped there on the way home from Vegas after seeing lots of signs advertising. Seemed like an interesting place but be careful because the guy working behind the counter tricked us into buying things. As we were sampling the beef jerky he asked if we would like to try a little of their "best selling hotsauce"? We said sure... More

Stayed next door at the Wills Fargo Motel, after a visit to Death Valley. Didn't know what to make of this place at first, with the signs outside saying, "Parking For Aliens Only." Pretty funky place. Great pit stop for road trip necessities, such as snacks, beverages, great jerky and, lots of alien wares! The wife got an Alien Driver's... More

I had seen this place every time I drove through baker. And finally one day i stopped to see it. There is alot of interesting stuff inside, and have alot of different types of Jerky and hot sauces. Very interesting & weird place. Depends how big a fan you are of Jerky but for my taste, it was a little... More
