Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I think it's good area to walk but it can improve by creating a side walk instead of walking by the car , and enjoy the view and clean weather. But I wish they make a playground for kids too.

This park is almost 5 miles if you walk the entire path. You have wonderful views of the water, birds and fauna. What an asset to Benicia to have this State Park right here!

The Benicia State Park is a beautiful setting for a nice walk, run or bike ride. The path is marked and includes exercise options along the way. The paving definitely needs some work and the parking is more expensive than it needs to be. I suggest parking on the street and extending your walk a little beyond the 5 miles to avoid the extra cost.

Visiting family in the area. Heat wave (90s) prevented a long walk today, but we enjoyed Dillon Point for a brief walk. Nice to see and hear Amtrak train across the straight. Views are peaceful and relaxing. Several people fishing and walking - we will return when it cools off.

Great place to walk and feel away from the “city”.. you will most likely see a few animals and lots of birds. There is usually always more than one person out there... Ride your bike, have a picnic, or get your walking in. It’s a great place to get away...

You have to pay $6 to enter. Once done, enjoy the whole park with everybody else. They have lots of tables for you to use and easy trails to walk on to completely beside the water.

Lots of people bring their chairs and tent for cover if they don't want to use the tables for public. They bring their own radios and fishing poles, even toys so kids won't get bored.

Easy and level walking/biking trail. Stay on the paved trail, or get closer to the shoreline on the unpaved trails. Nice views of the bay and mountains. Parking is $6, self pay.

I love this place. I usually walk alone with my iPhone on audible and I find this is a great way to get a walk in and listen to my favorite book at the same time.
