Berkeley Marina is serenity, very peaceful and beautiful. Great for walking along the path with water on one side and well kept nature on the other.

It was a very nice place to visit. It has a great vista across the bay. There were many people walking around even though the forecast was for rain.

This is a great place to stretch your legs and get some super views of the San Francisco Bay. You get a good idea of the geography of the area. Great for walking.

Walk the length of it's long,long, long historical wooden pier to really appreciate how people sailed from there to San Francisco last century...then go and have lunch at Skates

Lots of boats. Some good restaurants and fishing trips take off from here and go beyond the Golden Gate to the open ocean. There is a hotel where you can go to sleep listening to the clanking of the masts on the many sailboats berthed here.

Excellent view across the bay to the Golden Gate Bridge. Go to the happy hour at skates, or have lunch and watch the boats sail by.

Take a walk around the Caesar Chavez Park to see myriad migrating birds. Then go to the Seabreeze Cafe for a latte. Wonderful way to spend an afternoon.
