I was actually expecting a bit more than just a geyser surrounded by bamboo and some picnic benches. And, what's with the goats? Don't expect to spend much time here.

Go on you tube and watch it for free. We went here because I had never seen a geyser. We thought it might be $5 at most. It was $10 pp. We were shocked, but had driven there so we paid. It's run down, and boring. I'm not sure what were expecting, but all it was is 1 min of...

I expected a lot more, It was ok but not worth the $10pp, the place needs updating, there is a petting zoo there with fainting goats which are way to used to people and I don't think get fed to often. I am glad that i got to see it, I would have rather spent the $10 on a tasting,...

This attraction costs $10 per person and the most entertaining moment was watching my husband and another guy try to make the "fainting" goats fall over. These goats are familiar with people, they do not "faint." Sure the Geyser is neat, but its small and takes about 10 seconds to experience. Not worth the $10 to get in.
a long way to drive and not much to see. many more interesting things to see in this region
We paid nearly $10 to get in to see the geyser. It was a neat experience, but the place is incredibly run down -- so much in fact that the signs to give information cannot be read. To make it seem like less a rip off, there is a petting zoo of the most pathetic looking animals we have ever...

I would not recommend spending the $10 to view the Geyser, have one person go and video tape and show it to everyone. I can't beleive what they charge and what you get for it. Also, if you do plan to visit, bring your Triple A (AAA) Card and you get a dollar off so it's $9 not worth it.
It's a geyser. It shoots hot water out of the ground in a pretty way. But they want $10/adult to get inside the fence they've built around it just to take a look at it. Group of two couples: $40. To look at their geyser. And if you're at one of the nearby wineries, chances are you'll be able to...

This was a cool experience to see the old faithful geyser in Calistoga. We were on our way visit the historic Napa Valley winery of Chateau Montelena. The geyser stands out there next to the winery so we gave it a shot. The landscape itself would make a good shot by sunset but we were already gone..

It is an old faithful geyser, like it says, with a store and animal park built up around it. And it does spew pretty regularly. History of the surrounding area of the geyser is more interesting than the geyser itself. High entrance fee. We stopped for an hour on the way to wineries.
