We arrived just as a tour had started and were able to catch up with it. Our guide (Maureen) was very knowledgeable. Without the tour, our 9 and 13 year olds would have missed a lot. Unlike CA school students, who learn CA history, our kids learn MA history. This provided a great crash course on the settlement of CA.... more
This is a great historic mission and a good place to visit regardless of your religion. The garden near the entrance and the flowers and vegetables surrounding the courtyard are so beautiful.
