I have to admit we are more captivated by the Napa wines but these are truly great wines in the region. The Pinot and Savignon Blanc signature wines for the region are great but their cabernet wines stand up to even Napa.

Stopped here for a tasting during a quick stopover in Carmel Valley. The pourer, Mike, was extremely friendly, generous with pours and informative., The wines were top notch and very reasonably priced, especially the Cabs. I would expect to pay double if these wines were in Napa. I spent about an hour in the tasting room, made some purchases and...
