My favorite Municipal golf course in Sacramento. Greens are always slow, but one should expect that at a county owned golf course. Old trees make the course challenging.

Played in June 2010. Despite a tee time, pro shop instructed starter to put 2 groups in front of us right before our tee time. Course played in 4.5 hours although it seemed very slow. Marshall did ask one group to speed up after someone complained about them being behind.
Course conditions were good for a muni and the price...
