We stayed a week with my daughter and her family. We were called on 3 times in 2 days about our dogs yapping (Which the ranger said he can do a welfare check on the dogs and remove them from our trailer). After being rudly told to move our trailer into our own line, not 2 inches out of it,... more
Avoid at all costs, The most unhelpful RV park that we have witnessed yet. Ideal location on the beach and could be really good however the rules that are strictly enforced are bordering on insane. You get locked in at 19.00 and its a good 15 min walk from the gate and no where to park at the gate. Staff... more
We have been going here for 15 years, some advice. Avoid summer and holidays where people with "toy" haulers get drunk and avoid quiet hours. It is peaceful and serene in the winter and the weather is not too harsh. Lots of biking areas and local theater in Coronado. more
We recently visited silver strand state beach for a weekend. What a rat hole. They lock you into the campground at 8:00 pm every night..No generators from 8:00 pm to 10:00 am..The people that run the place are rude and obnoxious...The road noise from nearby hwy 75 is also very loud at night...I do not recommend this place.... more
