I made reservations based on the website photos. When I arrived, it was apparent the photos posted had not been taken of the actual spa. Unsanitary and rundown, I refused treatments and left. more

They should spend some time and money and fix the place up. Most the lockers are broken, the showers and restrooms are worn out also. I didn't stay at the hotel but did get a Spa treatment there. The 2 spa ladies both named Carmen are great, but the facilities are terrible. more
