Beautiful weather makes any beach even better; so mid 70's with a slight breeze made Moonlight Beach in Encinitas, Ca., a winner last week. Recommend this beach for families in the afternoon. Moonlight beach is clean and senic with palapas for shade, volleyball court, bathrooms, outdoor shower, snack bar, and all the normal beach stuff, but with a free beach art class given by volunteer teachers.
