I just finished a Wine Country vacation, starting in Napa and ending up in Sonoma. On the way, we cruised through the Dry Creek area and discovered a hidden gem: Lambert Bridge. The wines are truly extraordinary- unexpected since Dry Creek is more known for zinfandels than Bordeaux. I'll skip Napa next trip. The staff was amazingly friendly, courteous and... more

What an experience!! We were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to stay in the guest cottage and upon arrival to the winery we were treated like royalty. We were met by a couple of the partners, Greg and Andy Wilcox. We tried through their line of exceptional wines (dont miss the single vineyard zins!) and proceeded to the cottage.... more

From the beautiful brand new tasting room to the outdoor chef's kitchen/demo area, this winery is a jewel in the heart of Sonoma. You're greeted by the winery retriever "Gus" who is simply adorable. He can't serve wine but he's alot of fun! Scenic rolling hills surround the vineyards, great for biking if you have not "sampled" too much wine.... more

Tasting room is set in a beautiful location to sit & enjoy a lunch out at the picnic tables. I've been tasting their wines for the last decade & the characteristics and complexity across the entire range of varietals offered has steadily improved over the last few years. Not a member of the wine club, so I can't comment first... more

Staying at the Lambert Bridge winery was truly a wonderful experience. I feel very lucky to have had the chance to spend time there and spend time with the owners of the property. They are extremely gracious hosts and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. They accommpanied us into town for dinner one night, making us... more

I too have no idea where the negative experiences are coming from! My wife and I brought some friends to visit the winery and had an incredible experience. The staff was friendly and their wines were fantastic! After our time there, we becme wine club members. Not surprised by the tasting fees as all of the wineries in Napa charge... more

We had a wonderful experience on our September trip to Lambert Bridge! We found the staff friendly and knowledgeable. We are members of their Liquid Assets Club and they were so kind to us. The property is AMAZING, the grounds were like none other in all of the Russian River Valley and Napa! Healdsburg is a wonderful town with great... more

We belonged to the club for a couple of years until their wine tasting dinner at Ruth's Chris in Denver last year (or was it '06?) The winery owner's son showed up inebriated and proceeded on the same course throughout the evening. he opened up the wine tasting by a shot of tequila (not a Lambert Bridge brand), followed by... more

I'm baffled by the negative reviews. My wife and I recently stopped by this winery and loved it. Loved the people, loved Gus the dog, loved the wine, loved the scenic picnic area, and loved the vibe. Not sure what folks are expecting, but to us, this was one of many great wineries in the Dry Creek Valley. And also... more

Used to be a very friendly, nice winery - but something has CHANGED. I have been both a member and a visitor at this winery for quite a while and decided to visit it over Passport Weekend ( a Dry Creek tradition). This year, Lambert didn't participate but we decided to drop in regardless. Bad choice. The first thing that... more
