Played Eagle Falls Golf Course at Fantasy Springs Resort in Indio, CA. This is BY FAR the best course anywhere. The course is in A1 condition. The staff catered to your every need. All you had to do is ask and it was done. The Director of Golf, Willie Maples, helped us fulfill our fantasy of playing on the best...

When I travel, I try to play a round of golf whenever I get a chance so I can try different places around the world. This was okay, but I'd still come back if I was in the area.
Best public access in the Valley and layout rivals Desert Willow. Wind a consideration on play day however.
The wildflowers at this course were spectacular and the course in great shape. Price was somewhat high but the round was worth it. You really need to be below a 15 handicapper, however, to enjoy the length of the course and have a chance of scoring well; that is surprising given that the slope ratings are not that high! But...

Eagle Falls won't be found on any golf discount sights, but it is worth the price. This course is challenging but kept in pristine condition. Make sure you take your camera for the photo op at the 18th hole. The falls are beautiful!
Very playable course in pristine condition. We've played here since it opened about 6 years ago, and it improves every year. The people (pro shop, beverage cart, rangers, starters) are very friendly and helpful--a bit more so than at other courses here.
We booked a tee time on the recommendation of someone who works at Desert Willow and so were expecting a fabulous day at Eagle Falls. We were delighted at the reasonable fee of $85 per person for a late morning tee time at the end of February.
The course is beautiful and well-maintained, but as other reviewers have said, they...

This course is extremely well-maintained, nicely laid out, and not busy, probably due in part to being located so far east, right in the "Windio" corridor. I would rank it far above Terra Lago (the next course to the west), - it isn't much farther from Palm Springs, green fees are lower, and it is in much better shape.
These guys got it right the day we played here. Played in 4 hours on a wonderful design. The condition of the course was second to none. I have played 16 rounds of golf in the PS area this season and so far this was the highlight. This is one beautiful golf course.
