We had a very nice experience at this winery! It was our first stop on the Sonoma HWY, and was just beautiful! Take the time to explore the grounds and take some pictures. I think our server was named Chad (young guy w/ dark hair) and we really enjoyed him. He even helped us try a little wine mixed with... More

The grounds of the Chateau are really pretty and make a lovely setting for the winery. We found our server to be a really lovely lady who took time to tell us all about the wines and make recommendations based on what my husband liked to drink (I was the dedicated driver). There was a nice gift shop for me... More

Main tasting room is crowded and more of a retail shop. Across the way is the reserve tasting where you can sit on their lovely patio. It is well worth it.

Much is said of the beautiful grounds, and I don't dispute any of it. The wines are good, not great. What left a far worse taste in our mouths was the absurdly high price of the tasting. My friend and I spent $30 for five tiny pours each (it would have been $50, had we gone for the "reserve" pours).... More

Best grounds and tasting room of all the wineries we visited. Great staff, too.

even though the wines were nothing remarkable (really good just not stand-out) i would definitely come back again because it is so lovely. the grounds are truly beautiful and made for an amazing picnic. we did the reserve tasting which was inside the beautiful chateau and Michael was a delight.

We attended the special tasting and then the general tasting in the main room and were treated graciously and generously in both. The wine educators gave us enough time to savor each bottle of wine before moving onto the next. Of course we signed up as club members!
