Why they aren't doing a reality show about these caring and interesting people who are devoting their lives to wolf rescue, rehabilitation and relocation, instead of 'wild hogs' or 'obese chefs' is beyond me.
This is my first time of any adventure like this. I really was not expecting anything all that interesting or enlightening, but boy was I wrong....

We read about the wolf sanctuary on the internet and thought it would be fun to go and see the wolves. Shortly after arriving our excitement turned to complete disappoint. The wolves were in very small cages. They had no shade and no comfortable place to lay. Some of the wolves were in such small cages they couldn't even get...

My friend and I visited Wolf Mountain, as seeing a Wolf up close and personal is something that we have both longed to do. The staff were very friendly, answered...

Love this place. It allows you to interact with several of the wolves and learn so much from them on how to get along with others. Staff is very informed about each animal and educate all that want to know more.
Four of us went for an afternoon; we brought red meat but we shouldn't have had it cut up as small we did. Keep it in large chunks and make sure you bring about 15 pieces. Don't wear sunglasses, hats, carry a purse, backpack etc. Being able to pet a wolf was awesome!
The howling of the wolves undr a moonlit sky is amazing./During the day, seing these huge creatues so majestic and pwerful can be intimidating at first but this soon gives way to complete awe inhow they communicated and scent objects and each other. They are beutiful with huge paws and are taken care of well. The road getting in could...

You can forget any negative comments by those who don't understand that they are visiting wild animals. This isn't Disneyland. This isn't a well funded zoo. This is a place to learn about wolves, interact with them, and feel a bit sorry for the owners who are giving their all to save this truly endangered species. I sat on a...

We took a trip to California and Wolf Mountain Sanctuary was the one thing I most looked forward to. However, we were very disappointed and it was not worth the time or money to go. They advertise that you get to interact and "sing" with the wolves, and wolves to me means more than one. We were led around the...
