This was a beautiful RV park in a lovely setting. The last mile of road driving in got a little bumpy but it was worth it. We showed up after hours. We were really looking forward to staying in Morro Bay State Park, but when we got there, it was a huge disappointment. It's right up against the golf course, and completely over run with trailers. We decided to just drive further up the coast and stay at San Simeon State Park instead. more

Morro Bay has always been a small treasure. My entire family has been visiting this park every year for Thanksgiving for almost 40 years. We love the area and wouldn't spend Thanksgiving anywhere else. Although the RV population has continuously been growilng over the years we still use our tents. We plan to visit Morro Bay every year for years... more
