The interactive exhibits are top notch! And the price is excellent! If I remember correctly, I think it costs $2 for adults. Well worth the price. Hike up the hill behind the museum to get a great view. more
Location, location, location. The museum is located in Morro Bay State Park, on a bluff, over looking the bay. Spectacular views of the bay and the "Rock". Quiet and serene location. It is just remarkable to find this $3M Museum of Natural History in the middle of a state park, on a cliff overlooking the estuary and full of hands on exhibits for kids.
