Great selection of both expensive and decently priced stores. We were very tired when we arrived after a day at the beach, but my daughter was able to muster enough energy to SHOP! Good selection of food also.

We found that while the shops were very expensive the mall had a very good food court and many restaurants. The food court had something for everyone and we were very impressed!

This one of my favorite shopping destinations, the location just off the Pacific Highway is superb. One doesn’t need many excuses to become a frequent visitor. The mall even got better over the years. We have been there a plenty of times and the mixture of shops even got better over the last few years with the big department stores and various high end fashion and other stores. Something for everyone. We went the day after Christmas and found great sales. If you go, go early before the crowds hit and there's still lots of parking. Lots of restaurants and stores that we don't have at home which was fun.

We lived in Newport Beach soon after Fashion Island opened (total of 10 years). It now is totally upscale and great for people watching and just being. Great place to walk.
