The good-- The hotel rooms are a very decent size and clean. The bathroom is lovely and large. Free water, coffee, tea in the room. Deep sunken tub, separate shower, toilet in its own closet area. Friendly security in the casino area. The hotel is pretty and in a beautiful area. The buffet is nice. The bad-- The room service... more

I like Pala Casino. I have eaten at all of the restaurants with the exception of the cafe. I used to love the Oak Room, but they changed my favorite item on the menu. Its not so great anymore. The spa is very nice. I had a sweedish massage and it was TO DIE FOR...and also a pedicure, way better... more
