Casino Pauma is one of the very few California casinos that are still in a tent. It is quite simple but has a wide variety of slot machines and they are quite loose. If you are looking for an upscale casino like Pechanga then this is not for you.

Have visited several times in the last three years and always left feeling there was no reason to return. The casino is small, congested and the machines are out of date. Service is adequate but the dining choices are limited. I will not be back.

This casino will do anything and find a way to not have to pay out on winning jackpots or award prizes due from earned points on their club cards. I would not spend any money at this casino. If you want more info regarding the Jill and Laura Waters situation then just go to "signon san diego" and search "Jill... More

If you do not smoke, do not go here....This place is just like a cancer den..You enter into a tent with a black dull interior full of smoke and and a moldy musty oder all combined. It is just terrible...............

Visited Pauma on a trip to Diego. We were hitting all of the Casinos in that part of San Diego. The dealers were friendly, the pit bosses equally friendly and the overall staff was very courteous and attentive. The casino is stand alone in the middle of an orange grove (quite a sight if your not from a citrus growing... More

My husband and I bought tickets to a concert and decided to make reservations to stay at the hotel after the show. The concert was fun, however our restaurant and hotel stay turned out to be a miserable experience. Our restaurant bill was expensive and the food was bland and over cooked. The casino and hotel smelled like an ash... More

We live in Orange County and often frequent San Diego casinos. Casino Pauma is certainly not glitzy in any way and if you go know that so you aren't disappointed thinking you were going to see a Las Vegas style casino. What we like about it was the employees were very friendly, they had a good variety of machines, and... More

I ususally go to Pechanga weekly, but got tired of the night clubbers rudely taking over the whole place. I decided to try "Pauma casino" after finding them on a website that had a list of all California Casinos. It was very busy, but they had their own band playing, and all sorts of people having a good time. They... More
