I just came back from a beach trail ride with the Pebble Beach Equestrian Center. It was awesome! The ride is about 1 hr 15 and goes through Del Monte Forest, the sand dunes and around Spyglass golf course towards the beach. While we were visiting the Big Sur area, we rode horses at Pebble Beach and Andrew Molera State Park. I would highly recommend the Pebble Beach trail ride. I booked the Beach Ride at the Pebble Beach Equestrian Center. It is not worth $54. Looking at the website, it appears that you ride on the beach. You only ride on the rim of the beach.
