I only wish I had brought my binoculars. Docents were there with telescopes, which enabled us to see some dense clusters. I've never seen so many butterflies in one place. If you're in the area, it's not to be missed! more
For years I've been curious about the Monarch Butterfly, but haven't taken the time or effort to find out about it. The campground this is associated with is a little scruffy, we weren't camping, but the docent was excellent and the information he gave f ascinating.
