Great staff, food and atmosphere. It is ok to take the kids in - mine loved the cowboy dummy and sarsaparillas. Sandwiches are yummy. The bartenders are so nice and welcoming. more
Very nice bartenders, kids are allowed. We had a nice lunch. The sandwiches were the best in town. Absoutely delicious. Drink prices are good, .25 cent root beer. Wonderful fun place. We may just visit River City this weekend. more
I have been there a few times.. and find that if you have had a long day in old sac, it is a great place to unwind... As a fan of the the Old West and Gold Rush I was enthralled at the opening of an authentic saloon in old Town Sacramento. We were fortunate to find this saloon when in Old Sacramento.it is Sacramento's last old west saloon. It's free to go in, they have25 cent Sarsaparilla's, they encourage pictures especially with the guy that sits by the front door. The decor is that of an old west saloon complete with a player piano. more
