This location is a point of ethereal dynamic stability-- a focal point whereat the ssolidity of reality is afloat on the surface of the fluidity of unreality. A fine place for a picnic lunch, take some pictures, or truck down into Old Sac for a bite or avisit to an espresso bar. more
