Beautiful setting in large building. Not intimate but fine. Service was great. Food well prepared but all just not to our liking. Bouillabaisse was good. Chocolate lava cake was good but not quite hot enough. Glad we went but will try other places next.

We took a cooking class while we were visiting Napa. It was so much fun. We worked in a real industrial kitchen. It had all the tools (and we didn't have to do any dishes). The instructor was a great guy. We broke into groups and each made two different dishes. Then everyone's dishes where set up at a buffet... More

We think this reastaunt is great. Always accomidating, always good food, beatiful view. My family always loves this restaurant. Sometimes it isn't perfect, I expect that. It's a school. they do well enough! Dietary issues, no problem. They accomodate without a problem.

This was our first time, dining at the CIA and it was one of the highlights of our trip to the region. We tried the four-course lunch that featured lamb prepared in a variety of ways and accompanied by appropriate wine pairings and dessert. Just amazing. Our waiter was a prince and the cook, who was preparing to graduate, seems... More

The restaurant is very attractive but recommend sitting in the outside patio tables for a wonderful view of grape orchards in the foreground. The food selection for lunch was outstanding, from the starters to the appetizers to the entrees! My wife enjoyed her roasted sea bass with tail and all which she devoured to the bone! I enjoyed my crispy... More

Recommended by some business partners I decided to try my luck. The menu is fairly short, limited choice but every single bite was delicious, the wine selection is also excellent and staff was very professional (something that I really miss most of the times in most restaurants). The only problem is that it is a bit difficult to find but... More

I enjoyed a wonderful evening at Greystone CIA. Although the decor was a bit "Master Chef", it didn't feel like a cooking school. Maybe because we didn't sit in the kitchen. It had the feeling of a very elegant and upscale restaurant. The service was very good, and I was quite impressed by the obvious communication network and teamwork going... More

We stopped for lunch (w/o reservation which was risky) and had the most delightful food. The chicken confit was fabulous as was the pan seared Pacific cod. We opted for the white wine tasting which enhanced the meal greatly. It is pricey but we felt it was well worth it. If you are solo, sit by the cooking area and... More

We had the most wonderful lunch at the bar! We were able to see all the action in the kitchen. The staff was incredible, and the food wonderful.
