As a local, I almost hate to reveal the details of this great walking location...!!! This park is huge, and has areas ranging from well-cleared wide fire roads to narrow trails. All walks are quite hilly, and while you can walk in regular tennis shoes, in dry weather you'll be better off in trail runners or hikers. Some trails allow... more

This is an enormous park with beautiful and well-maintained hiking trails, and gorgeous views. Also some excellent mountain biking trails, although not all trails are open to bikes. Don't go right after a rain because it gets muddy. more
