We had a little bit of free time before our dinner in Yountville at Bottega and decided to visit the Charles Schultz Museum. My son and his girlfriend had visited before and loved it, they are huge Peanuts fans, also. The museum is beautiful and very artistically designed. My wife and I swung by on our way from Calistoga to Bodega Bay. It is a fun and entertaining couple of hours. The tour volunters are very helpful. Next time through we would bring our kids for sure. more

A variety of movies play all day long in the museum's auditorium. An authentic re-creation of Schulz's studio is housed in the museum. And there are a lot of personal mementos and original artwork throughout. My wife and I were very pleased and spent hours between the museum, ice rink, and Warm Puppy Cafe (we really enjoyed the food there,... more

I also am a Peanuts lover, life long infact. If you at all like Snoopy and the gang i dont see how you could be dissapointed here. It IS the Charles M. Schulz museum afterall, its more to commemerate his life than it is to salute the charachters. Some of the strips displayed that were done by other comic strip... more

I'm a big Peanuts fan and decided to take the hour drive from San Francisco while visiting. While the facility was modern and nice. The museum offered little about Peanuts characters themselves. One room contained Peanuts-related cartoons by other well known cartoonists which was nice. Another showed the chronolgy of Schultz' life which offered little to anyone who has already... more
