Got hooked on their Sav Blanc at a restaurant in Big Sur. Didn't even know they did Pinot's until our visit. Beautiful wood building and outdoor area. Tasting room is set up so that you are only with your group, and host is focused on you. Sliding doors separate areas. Enjoyed the wines - waiting for them to be shipped.

Merry Edwards offers free tasting and opportunities to order wines via mail or have wines shipped. This winery does not believe in or pressure you to join a wine club. Especially enjoyed the pinot noirs--a little pricey but worth it. This place reminded me a little France, where you are directed to the "reception" not the tasting room. Knowledgeable staff.

We made a reservation and had the tasting to ourselves. The gentleman running the tasting was very informative and the wine was terrific.

Visited Merry Edwards with a friend during a day trip to Sonoma from San Francisco. This winery has a great tasting room and definitely very skilled personnel.
