LOVED THIS! Not just the ride (which was fantastic), but also the customer service. We had so much fun! We chose the option of having the hotel pickup down in Fisherman's Wharf--who wants to drive at 5:15 am?! Neilson picked us up and drove us to the launch site. The whole experience was very nice. We began with a 1-hour ride, which was followed by a nice champagne brunch. The ride was nice, we had clear weather. Our guide pointed out all of the area's sights, and having grown up in Napa, painted a nice picture of how the area looked 40 years ago! I would definitely recommend seeing... more

The last week of September 7 of us ventured with Mark over the Napa Valley in his hot air balloon. What a fabulous experience !! We witnessed the sun rising in the east, the full moon setting in the west, and the lush vineyards below. The day was so beautiful weatherwise that Mark kept us aloft an extra 1/2 hour.... more
