I was back in Boulder, Colorado for a few weeks and spending time with my sister and my new nephew when my back went into a crazy spasm. She took me to her doctor's office and they gave me some chiropractic manipulation work with some massage which seemed to completely fix it up! Never had that kind of bodywork done,... more
