I have been using this trail for many years for a variety of uses (car, bicycle, walking, snowshoes). It is indeed a beautiful trail and has a different vibe in each of its season's. My husband and I had seen photographs taken on Boreas Pass and decided it would be a good side trip. The road took us up where we could look across to the Breckenridge ski slopes. We encountered a few snow flurries in June, as well some breathtaking scenery. The descent ending in South Park was quite spectacular. more
