We loved seeing the Air Force Academy Chapel and being able to tour the inside of it. And the Visitors Center is great, with a very informative short video of the history of the Academy and a museum. The setting is beautiful, in the foothills of the Rockies, and you might see some of the wildlife which live in the... More

This is always an inspiring place. The chapel is especially awesome. There is a sense of pride as I walked through the place.

We toured the Air Force Academy...beautiful weather and the grounds were so neat and clean. The chapel was impressive - worth seeing the inside on the main and lower levels.

Even if you think you are not interested, you must drive through. It is the most extraordinary academy you will ever witness. If you are in town during graduation, you will be overwhelmed to see the jet formation fly overhead. Unbelievable.

A tour of the Air Force Academy is definitely worthwhile. We enjoyed the time spent there. Great little museum and film. Feel very proud and confident in our young men and women trained to defend our country. The icing on the cake is the Chapel. A beautiful and magnificent place, with separate areas of worship for other faiths, which was... More

This is a got-to-see. The architecture, unless you like clean, severe lines, is not inspiring, except for the chapel, but the location is awesome and the education and tradition awesome. Thank you, AFA, for what you do with such dedication!

Get to events earlier if you want to have a seat. Also traffic can be bad if you wait
