Bring lots of film for this train ride!! The 3 seat side has most of the views, but the 2 seat side was still great. The history and stories along the way were a nice touch. The views from the top of Pike's Peak are tremendous, and I'd recommend using the Cog Railway to get to the top. I would have liked the option of staying longer at the top and taking the next train down, but your seats are assigned on you ticket so you can't. Not a cheap ride but I love trains so... more

The trip down Pikes by bike is great. Only one company to use Challenge Unlimited. The company has poor customer service and very rude employees but they have the only permits to alow this trip.
