Don't bother visiting the falls. Overpriced, long lines, dangerous steps to the top of the falls, and the falls themselves are highly overrated. I can't think of one thing to recommend the falls to a visitor. more

While the park is a little pricey, as long as the trails aren't closed it's well worth it. We went on a Sunday morning after it had rained the night before and were told if it started again they'd close the park. This was a nice afternoon activity during our stay. Take the elevator to the "eagles nest viewing area" and then wear your good shoes and hike the stairs up to the falls. Indian dancing is worth watching. more
