The motto there is BE LOVED. and that is what you feel as soon as you walk in. The owner takes time to greet you and make you feel at home. The orange blossom tea is so special. The food is delicious !

Met up with some friends for lunch at La Baguette, which BTW serves the best French Onion Soup in the world, and then walked around looking in the different shops for awhile. Bancroft Park has one of the best Farmers Markets in town during the summer months. Can't wait

There are a variety of shops that are fun to explore. Kids' clothing, many art stores, good restaurants, and more.

Its cute and a slice of history, the Historic Society Museum is worth a look, and there are some colorful events in the park during the summer as well as the Farmers Market on Sat. AM is great. Some nice shops among the touristy tee shirt stores.

There is much to do in the Colorado Springs, Manitou Area but a stop in Old Colorado City is worth and hour or two. The shops are varied and fun, with a number of cafes along the way for every taste. It is fun to stroll up and down the street on a weekend afternoon, sipping a cup of coffee... More
