The Mt. Evans scenic byway is GORGEOUS. I can't understand why this isn't the #1-rated attraction in the Denver area. It's reasonably close but feels a million miles away... the scenery is mind-bogglingly beautiful. We decided to drive up Mt. Evans after visiting Rocky Mountains National Park that day.
