The hike to Hanging Lake takes about an hour and is definately a work out, but it is well worth the effort. Fortunately there are several places along the trail where you can stop and take a breather. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with bad knees though because the beginning and end sections of the trail are very rocky.... more
