Mt Massive is the highest course in North America. It is only nine holes in a pasture setting. The fairways are a bit rough. The greens are elevated and contoured to increase the slope rating of the course. But the reason to golf Massive is the incredible scenery for the budget price of $22 for nine holes, $36 for 18... more
