I went here recently for a showing of the movie Ghostbusters and it was awesome! I should've worn tennis shoes to hike up to this venue! The ampitheatre is built in the natural beauty of the red rocks and the sunset around the concert before the movie was so amazing. There also was a beautiful view of the city lights... more

Loved seeing Red rock. It is beautiful. The movie with the concert footage is relaxing. I would love to see a concert there. People were running up and down the stairs so it is a great workout area too.The view is beautiful. And the best is it's free! more

Not just an ampitheater, Red Rocks has a nice hike around the spectacular rock formations. Combine with a visit to the ampitheater and lunch in the outstanding restaurant for a nice half-day outing. more

We make it a point to see a concert at Red Rocks every season. It is such an incredible experience. The movie nights during the summer are a blast as well. Take in your blankets, a picnic and spread out. You can lay back and watch the movie on a huge screen and see the lights of Denver in the... more

We got to stop by as part of a tour and I wish we had scene a concert. The place is quite beautiful from the top and bottom. There were many folks using the stands as a training ground for running and what not. It was raining so we probably didn't get to experience the full ambiance, but even with... more

Red Rocks Park is a world reknowned venue boasting performances from the Beatles in 1964 to the famous U2 video "Sunday Bloody Sunday" (click here for Youtube video) . Attending any performance there is a unique Colorado experience that you will remember for a lifetime. Getting rained on (or snowed on!) during a show at Red Rocks is a rite... more

My friends and I recently made a trip to Denver for the sole purpose of seeing a concert at Red Rocks. We had been wanting to go there ever since we saw U2's "Sunday Bloody Sunday" video years ago. We had heard that it was one of the most breathtaking concert venues in the country. Let me tell you, we... more

Red Rocks is an amazing outdoor venue. The amplitheater is set between two huge rock walls which creat some of the best natural acoustics I've heard. If you're there for an evening event, you'll be greeting with an awesome view of the Denver area all lit up beyond the stage. If you've got Will Call tickets, make sure you pick... more

We visited Estes Park and RMNP when in Denver but this place was my favorite. Pictures do not do it justice. I want to see a concert here someday. I can only imagine how wonderful it would be. The Red Rocks Visitor Center has the nicest people I met in Colorado. If you love music or are a musician you... more
