The posted price for guest 12 and older is !6.95. Why pay the price then complain. I keep a guest register of written exit comments. 99% love the tour. We do an historical perspective and have a lot of return customers.
I took my wife and 5-year old son on this tour in late July. It was disappointing at best. It happens once or twice a year. The normal tour was given. Some tourist on on a Schedule not a vacation and are upset. The tips go way up during an unusual occurrence. The vast majority find it interesting. The 1 rating is killing us. Our June was normal. July is down 40%.. Please remove it.

Once again we get thousands of people each year that pay full price. The price is competitive with the other tours and allows a small profit.
