The new hotel at the Hot Springs resort is what I would refer to as faux luxury. The two room suite is spacious, however the bathroom is tiny and the sitting room has no windows, so it is dark and dreary and not particularly pleasant to sit in. Decor is nothing special and traditional with furniture that is already showing... More

My first visit did not win me over , yet the 2nd did, , there is a private area, with 4 pools and world class views, and a fireplace, th I think the rooms are overpriced , and would stay elsewhere , the springs themselves are fantastic, esp the up stairs patio which is closed to children and very relaxing

Luxury approach to the hot springs experience, with lots of choices as to temperature and ambiance. Expensive! So if you are on a budget there are other choices in town.

A well built set of hot spring pools, including a big pool for stretching your legs and swimming. Love the variety of temps, and that if you want, you can enter the San Juan river to cool off. Sometimes a little busy for me, but if you time it right, you will enjoy yourself. Good for young kids. My 16... More

Great relaxing day in the hot springs. Staff was nice - and the pools were hot. Outside - so might have used the sunscreen a little sooner
