We drove the San Juan Skyway and stumbled across the mountain village by chance. We had driven into "old" Telluride and while we enjoyed it, didn't stay too long. Do you like a challenging mountain? I do and when I skied at Telluride, Colorado for 12 days I was not disappointed. I skied in powder every day, and went down double double black "E" trails, and loved it! There are plenty of trails and sections of the mountain where intermediate and beginner skiers can feel comfortable. Also, on every... more

This was my first time back to Telluride for a ski vacation in over twenty five years and it has really grown. The scenery is just as beautiful as I remember it but the skiing and terrain was fabulous.
