After learning of this bridge on TripAdvisor, we decided to go take a look. You cannot visit Mystic without watching the Bridge being raised...it is amazing to see! We spend one afternoon walking along the shops on Main Street and stumbled across the riverwalk and all of the boats lined up waiting for the Bridge to open...40 minutes after each hour while we were there.
