If you're cruising down A1A on an early evening and want to pull over and catch the sunset, this is the place to go. Lot of people fish here and many others just pull in to chat and relax. Even if you just park your car and never leave it there is so much to see, hear and smell. The fishermen, young and old, surrounded by blue skies and sunshine. The boats coming and going. The people at leisure, all ages just strolling, reading, walking their dogs and just enjoying the moment. The smell of the sea means something... More

love going here because there is a life guard and the kids (and I) love to watch the boats navigating the inlet... last time we went however there were broken beer bottles on the stairs leading to the beach...

This beach is on the smaller side, it has a fishing pier, lifegaurd, rest rooms, free parking, a boat dock accross the street and a smaller beach area with picnic tables next to the dock, the parking lot and dock are accross the street from the beach. They are trying to bring this place back as a nice park but too many "don'ts".. Don't do this..etc.. Pretty views and nice beach.

Great place to relax and watch the world go by or to be active! There is access to the ocean, inlet and the Intercoastal.

Apparently after talking with a local they just redid the place and did an excelletn job. Clean bathrooms and food!

The inlet is nice, the pier is beautiful, but the picnic areas are average. Nothing much to do here.
