A historic collection of artifacts from the area that transformed itself to train our men and women who so bravely fought in WWII. The DVD telling many of the stories is interesting and professionally done. The curator and staff shared their wealth of knowledge, making that era come alive. Carabelle has reason to be proud of their heritage, and sacrifices... More

They have a WWII "duck" and a very rare Volkswagen "Beetle" Truck made for the German army during the war. Also the exhibits are well done with many... More

If you're a WWII buff, don't miss this fine museum. I've been twice- and learn someting new each time. Carrabelle Beach was a training site for the D-Day landings . . among a POW camp. Have many fine collector items donated by vet's. Wonderful letters, weapons display etc. Plan at least one-hour minimum. Very wll done.
