We enjoyed the pirate playground. We went twice and had the playground to ourself both times. Very nice.

If you are interested in lighthouses, then it may be worth pulling over but if you want to see an interesting site, not worth it. I thought it was billed as the 'crooked lighthouse' but maybe that was the river it was attached to? There are stabilizers which appear to be holding up the lighthouse, again why I was assuming...

They have a pirate ship play center for the kids. There is a pirate ship play center for the kids. It has three slides and several ladders for the kids to play on. There are also swings and another wooden play center for the kids. On the weekends you can climp the lighthouse and there is also a small gift...

The Crooked River Lighthouse on Florida's "Forgotten Coast" near Carrabelle, Florida is a charming place to visit for a view into Florida's past. A small museum and gift shop are open during the afternoon from Thursday through Sunday. The museum includes a brief video about the history of lighthouse.
