We found this shopping area even though we were not staying at the resort. Well worth the $5 to park. This is a great little village with lots of places to eat and good stuff for both adults and kids. An upscale Disney type atmosphere. We went in early evening so most shops were already closed. We ate at the... more

We were so bummed that we found this on our last night. There is a lot of restaurants and fun things for kids to do - zip line, RC boats, playground, golf, candy store, ice cream, etc. They also do fun activities for families - call them and listen to their recording. When we were there they had an outdoor... more

For the past 7 years we have stayed at the Beach House Condominiums. It is a rare find to have a view of the beach from the pool deck. Most pools sit back farther. The location is just 1/2 mile to the outlet mall and just a 1/2 mile walk on the beach to the Whale's Tail for a great... more

LOVED it!

My fiance and I spent the weekend in the Village and had an incredible time! The close proximity to all the restaurants and entertainment made the stay extremely comfortable and so much fun. Make sure you catch the sunset over the water. I have already booked another stay at Sandestin! Highly recommend! more

Thier are many great places to eat without spending the extra money here. we ate at another broken egg and the food was okay... more

Did someone say shopping? Are you hungry? Thirsty? Wanna be entertained? This is the spot! Upscale shops that carry some unusual (but usually pricey) items and restaurants that cater to about any taste, from fine steaks to ice cream. There is also a small stage in the main square for evening entertainment. On our visit, there was a talented trio... more

Quaint little village feel to this slice of Americana. Lots of upscale shops and restaurants to choose from. Make sure to visit the wharf for a nice view of the water and sailboats. At times there are live events scheduled in the community square area. more

I thought this 'village' was quaint, but my dad said it was too big to be quaint. It was like a smaller scale Disney Boardwalk or Universal's CityWalk. It made you feel like you were in a small city, very homey and welcoming. The bridges were pretty and the lagoon looked great at night. We enjoyed a game of life-sized... more

We were delighted to shop and dine at such a beautiful location. "Marlin's Grill" restaurant was elegant yet casual. The food was delicious and the waiters were friendly. We found some very hard to find tea at Magnolia and Ivy. The free covered parking was a pleasant surprise. more
