We saw two bird species and two raccoons-- more boats and people than wildlife. Staff was nice enough, but provided almost no information about the area's history, wildlife, etc. All we got was an airboat ride through some narrow channels through the mangroves--so no big deal if you've ever been on an airboat. We saw NO ALLIGATORS, received no authentic Native American bracelet for the ladies (which my girlfriend was extremely disappointed about), and the guide made no attempt to search for alligators. There is no alligator show after the tour (which is something that they mention on their website, but currently not offered due to post hurricane Wilma damage.. so they just need to take that off their website as it could be mis-leading.)
