Fantastic layout at a great price. This layout is world class. Conditions are OK, as the drought has taken its toll in some spots.

OK, full disclosure here. I have a North Hampton membership. I love the course. It's an Arnold Palmer Signature course that will require precision with every club in your bag. The design is intended to mimic Scottish links-style courses. However, there is water on almost every hole (14 of 18, I think). To score well here, you have to be...

I've played NH twice now. Though the course is not in great shape at the moment, I've been told the owners are bringing it back to its past glory with ferver. This is an excellent layout from both a golf and an aesthetic perspective, a great test of golf. It's open, somewhat links style brings the coastal wind into play,...

The course was dormant and challenging, greens were like glass, attentive golf shop and outside staff, good food and draft beer selection, ladies' shower not working so I had to use the men's with my husband standing guard (prior to boarding a flight home).
Truely a destination golf club, 1st class all the way. The golf carts have GPS! Great help if you haven't played the course. This is not a course you can walk. The course winds through the housing complex, but the fairways and greens are not near the homes. There is a lot of waste area through out the course, plenty...

Another great course. Usually in good shape best to call ahead. They will let you know if there is any work being done
North Hampton is a must play course. It's a links style course; you rarely see one hole from another. Each hole is unique...no cookie cutter here. Undulating greens are fair, but challenging. This course is not easy, but a lot of fun. Put it on your list if you are anywhere nearby.
If you're in the area of Amelia Island for golf, and you have a car, check out North Hampton. It's a great course with very little development around the course. Challenging shots without the over-quirkiness of some resort courses. Call ahead to get the lay of the land, make a tee-time, and you can cruise through a round of golf...

This is a long course, a lot of protected areas and you don't want ot go poking around in bushes for a lost ball, not worth it. Impeccably maintained, never crowded. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
I played recently with my friends who are all single digit handicappers. The course looked awful as far as condition. Not one piece of green grass on the entire layout. A few good holes here and there but the greens were running too fast for us to enjoy ourselves. Stay away -ABrunnSr.
