Staff was nice and accomodating, it was very clean and the food was actually much better than expected, the best thing really. NO ONE WON ANYTHING, no unrealistic expections, but it was ridiculous. After about the first hour most people were setting on the third deck waiting to get back to shore. Basically, just go on a nice dinner cruise... more

This is a beautiful boat/ship, sailing some beautiful water and sights into the Gulf. Food is fine, parking is easy. However, if you're not a "regular" then prepare to be treated like a second class citizen by the staff. This was our first (and last) day cruise on this boat/ship. The Big M is a decent casino ship but not all that friendly. Blackjack should always have at least one $5 table for the beginner and or low roller. Additionally there are no comp drinks unless you are playing the $5 slots or $25 tables. Come on get real. Drinks makes people gamble more freely and should be a part... more

very nice boat, friendly crew, can find coupons all over to get in free, bring camera for great sunset photos, dont expect to win at slots- out of our group of 12- NO ONE won any money on the slots. but had a good time losing!! well worth it even if you do not gamble- saw dolphins swimming beside us,... more

My wife, me and two friends went 'a gambling aboard the Big M Casino on Sunday, April 22, 2007. We all had a blast! The ship is extremely well-maintained, and spotlessly clean throughout.
